  About Us

Renner Architects was founded by architects Peter Renner and
Jeff Natrop in 1980 and both Peter and Jeff are still lead partners.

Renner Architects has both developed many complex projects on
its own behalf and also acts as a consulting architect for clients.

Renner Architects employs 3D construction modeling techniques at almost every step of the design process, allowing our clients to see what they can get and make informed decisions.

The fundamental approach employed at Renner Architects: carefully listen to what the client wants, design, illustrate, and determine the
cost implications of design options and present those design options
to the client.

We do not have a hidden desire to have a project on the cover of Architectural Record. We feel more rewarded if we design and construct a project that satisfies our clients’ needs which usually includes the concept of making money.

A golden rule at Renner Architects: always present a plan with a budget and schedule. At Renner Architects we utilize a cost estimating technique that itemizes all the details on a project and utilize intricate spreadsheets to accurately predict project costs. We have an unmatched record in bringing projects in on budget.

Renner Architects does work on a national basis.

At Renner Architects we try to bid out critical components of the project before finalizing the drawings so that costs can be pinned
down so that the components can be properly detailed into the project.

If you are spending significant money on a construction project and you or your designer are not using the type of 3D construction modeling techniques employed at Renner Architects from start to finish, you very well could be making a costly mistake.

  Testimonials

"I’ve never come across another development where you have 12” concrete separation on all four sides. Living in a condominium complex, it’s very important to have that acoustic separation."
- Ed Stritch,
   Harbor Front Resident

"The appreciation on our unit has been very dramatic. It was priced very fairly in the first instance. The size of the decks and the amenities on the deck are very critical to entertaining."
-Gary Marsack,
   Harbor Front Resident

"Anne and I feel we got a very good value on our unit and feel secure that this condominium will be a growing part of our estate."
-Frank Gimbel,
   Hansen’s Landing Resident
